I liked the place, it was reasonably clean & the stuff where outstanding. Breakfasts were hot and included eggs and bacon. Fairly nice area, very central location not far from good restaurants, the Viaduct and Britomart and Ferry Building, cafes.

It was an excellent stay, I will be back. Reasonably spacious suite and lovely bed. The pool was amazing and the views were outstanding. Very central location, at walking distance from viaduct harbour:)))

I loved this hotel, its top location & genuinely professional staff. The room was immaculate, unique with excellent views. There were eggs, toast, cereal and pastries which were all fresh. Don't forget to explore Auckland Central Business district.

The room was functional, the staff was absolutely fantastic. The staff did all they can for a pleasant stay. Sausages, eggs and bacon were superb. Pool was heated and beds were comfy. It was also close to bars and restaurants...

Nice guest service, light room, hip staff. Generally everything was very easy, however the bathroom was quite small. Breakfast was luxurious, it consisted of eggs, pastries, bacon and toast. Best possible location to a public square.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, so I would stay here again. There were super fast internet, TV and terrace in the room, loved that. The thoughtful service was provided in this majestic hotel. Comfortable location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a vast public plaza.

Staff was positive, rooms are clean enough, and I loved BRILLIANT location. The breakfast food was lovely, different choices to eat like bacon, eggs and sausages. Liked room service too. It had free WiFi throughout the property for luck.
